A holistic touch from the ground up…

Ben is an accredited Podiatrist who joins us from the Eastern States. 

Having previously worked as a social worker for troubled youths and clients from diverse backgrounds Ben has a greater capacity and ability to understand his patients and their needs.


Ben’s passion for sports medicine comes from a background in competitive sports, as well as being involved as a sprint/ strength and conditioning coach and working with sports persons and teams of all ages.


Ben has a strong commitment and is driven to find solutions while educating and involving his patient's in their health care to  manage lower limb injuries. With a focus on getting patients to become conscious of their bodies movement patterns and understanding how to listen to their body. 

Ben focuses heavily biomechanics - utilising exercise techniques, running style and barefoot rehabilitation to assist people to gain a greater emphasise on STRENGTH, MOBILITY and FUNCTION from the ground up. Combining this with mobilisation, dry needling and extracorporeal shockwave therapy techniques for treatment of soft tissue and osseous conditions of the lower limb. Ben has a deep understanding of how the body performs from a functional perspective. Ben emphasises the importance of daily maintenance, to keep himself and patients as healthy and pain free as possible.

Ben takes a holistic approach to his work and specialises in lower limb biomechanics, postural alignment, sports injuries of the lower limb and paediatric podiatry. 


As work-life balance is vital, Ben prioritises spending time with his family as often as possible. He enjoys being outdoors, continual learning, progression and personal development, HIIT training, lifting heavy things, sauna/ cold water exposure, ocean swimming, surfing/ snowboarding, music and volunteers in the 'big brother' program at the YMCA just to name a few...
